Bucket Pump - Oil Pump Calibration: 

For ANY calibration issues 

(ex: ERROR or caught in a loop), turn unit OFF/ON and restart calibration. 

Allow kettle to cool completely prior to taking volume measurements.  

1.

 

Hold a cup under oil delivery tube  
in popper.  

2.

 

Press OK to confirm cup is in place. 

  
 
 
 

3.

 

Press OK 1 to begin dispensing oil. 

Press OK 2 

when oil STARTS flowing

  

(button then shows time it took to  
prime the oil line). 

Oil dispenses for 10 seconds,  

continue holding cup for 1 minute  
to catch drips. 

 

4.

 

Compare oil measurement to  
volume displayed. 

5.

 

If correct amount is shown:

  

Press OK; then 

RESTART

 unit. 

If needed, adjust the oil volume  
shown, 

then press OK and 

RESTART

 unit.  

Press ▲

increase

 oil volume in 0.5 oz.  

steps (up to 25.5 oz.) or,

ress ▼ 

to 

decrease

 oil volume in 0.5 oz.  

steps (down to 0.5 oz.)
