Method of preparation:

Place apples in large mixing bowl, add sugar, stir and let stand for ½ hour. Add egg,

flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nuts, and raisins, blend well. Pour the mixture

into a lightly greased glass bowl, place the bowl in oven and select Insta 8, enter

weight, press start.
