Method of preparation:

Apply ginger-garlic paste, coriander- cumins powder, khus khus, beaten curds, salt, To the mutton cubes and allow the mutton to marinate for about 6 to

8 hours. Arrange the mutton pieces in a baking dish and place it on the grill mesh rack select recipe code 73, enter weight and press start.
