3.7 Events

You can set the camera to generate an alarm upon motion detection, tampering alarm, audio

detection and one-key shielding linkage.

3.7.1 Motion Detection

Motion detection is used to generate an alarm whenever movement occurs in the specified

area.

Detection Area

, click

to create a new detection area.

2. Click and drag the detection area to a desired location.

3. Alternatively, select

Grid

as the

Detection Mode

to define the area for detection.

4. Use the following functions to reduce false alarm.



Sensitivity:

Move the slider to adjust the detection sensitivity.



Object Size:

When the extent of motion within the detection area exceeds the set

object size, motion detection alarm is triggered.

5. Set up

Alarm Parameters

◼

Suppress alarm (5~3600):

After an alarm is triggered, the alarm will not be

reported within the set time.

◼

Clear alarm (1~600):

After an alarm is triggered,

⚫

If the alarm is not triggered within the set time, the alarm will be cleared and the

alarm can be reported again.
