12V

0 or infinite ohms

4 to 8 ohms

12V

Start the engine from the

platform, press down

foot switch, hold the

steer switch left and

check volt-age at

terminal 8 on the drive

controller (blu wire).

Steer Left
Function
Inoperative

Be sure all other
functions operate
normally.

Machines not equipped
with oscillating axle,
disregard the steer
unloader valve
troubleshooting.

Repair or replace the

steer microswitch in

controller handle.

Hold the steer switch left

and check voltage at

TB31.

Repair open in blu wire

circuit from TP43 to

TB31.

Hold the steer switch left

and check voltage at blk

#31 wire on steer valve.

Repair open in blk #31

wire circuit from TB31 to

steer valve.

Remove both wires from

steer left coil and check

resistance across coil

terminals.

Replace steer left valve

coil.

Reconnect coil wires,

hold steer switch and

check voltage at steer

unload valve.

Test and replace diode

or repair open in jumper

wire circuit from steer left

coil to steer unload

valve.

Replace steer valve.
