Hold ground control

check volts at grn wire

on platform rotate left

Repair open in grn wire

circuit from TB16 to

Remove both wires from

valve coil and check

resistance across the

coil terminals.

0 or infinite ohms

Replace the coil.

Hold toggle switch left

and manually override

the rotate left directional

valve (push in button on

end of valve spool). OR

interchange valve (item

E) with a like valve (item

D).

Install a pressure gauge

at the quick disconnect

coupling on the function

manifold and hold the

function switch.

Replace defective

counterbalance valve.

Replace the platform

rotate directional

valve.

Interchange the platform

rotate left and right

counterbalance valves in

the manifold installed on

the primary boom

extension located under

the platform.

Check for mechanical

restrictions keeping

platform from rotating

OR repair hydraulic

rotator OR replace

directional valve.

Remove the rotate left

function pressure line

from the manifold and

cap the port (PR1).

Then, with pressure

gauge still attached,

operate the function left.

Repair the hydraulic

rotator OR replace the

rotator counterbalance

valves and/or manifold.

Replace the directional

valve OR the manifold

has internal defects OR

one of the previous tests

was possibly overlooked

or diagnosed incorrectly.

Recheck and/or consult

department.
