Step 4: Dust shield assembly

● Assemble the upper and the lower dust shields (4, 5) behind the drum (6)

using bolts (1), flat washers (2) and locknuts (3).

● Fix the lower dust shield (5) on the steering knuckle (9) using bolts (7) and

lock washers (8).

● Fix the links (12) on the steering knuckle (9) using bolts (10) and lock

washers (11).

● Fix the links (12) on the upper dust shield (4) using bolts (13), flat washers

(14) and locknuts (15).

● Repeat these steps for each wheel.

Step 5: Air brake system calibration

Note!

Calibrate the air brake system by following the instructions in section
Advanced maintenance - Air brake.
