9.6.3 Assembly of the housing combination

Assembly of the housing combination

Prerequisites

●

This housing combination does not exist for welded housings

Equip with a seat ring (33) with an O-
ring (5) and mount to the housing
with a hinged clamp (43).

Tightening torques

Equip with a blanking plate (35) with
an O-ring (5) and mount to the hous-
ing with a hinged clamp (43).

Housing combination is assembled.

9.6.4 Placing the valve insert in the housing

Place the valve insert into the hous-
ing.

The seal disk (3) must not hit the rod

of the valve disk when the valve insert

is mounted.

The valve insert has been inserted into the housing.
