Storing devices in between uses:

•

Keep the Vscan Air probe OFF when storing the probe.

•

Re-charge the Vscan Air probe on a weekly basis if storing
the probe for 7 days or more without use.

•

Keep the display device in standby/sleep or keep it OFF
when storing.

•

Re-charge the display device at the intervals required to
make sure that the device will be able to keep the Vscan Air
app actively running for a minimum of 2 hours. Follow the
display device manufacturer recommendations regarding
the display device battery, battery charging and battery
health.

•

Perform a monthly check for display device OS updates if
the display device is configured to NOT accept automatic
OS updates.

•

Perform a monthly check for Vscan Air app updates if the
display device is configured to NOT accept automatic app
updates.

NOTE:

If an App update is installed then make sure to connect all
the Vscan Air probes used together with that display device
to secure that these probes are updated as required or to
confirm that the relevant update is already installed. Make
sure that all the display devices connecting to any of the
updated probes, are also updated and that all display
devices are using the same Vscan Air app software revision.

•

Check if the Vscan Air app and probe works as intended
after upgrading either the display OS or upgrading the
Vscan Air app e.g. probe connecting to app, wireless
connection quality indicator indicating good quality, image
updates without lags and interruptions, B-mode and color
display free from noise issues.
