4.5 Crated
W A R N IN G
T he O rca III/ O rca III T L am inator is a
large and heavy piece of equipm ent. It is
necessary to em ploy L IC E N SE D R IG G E R S
O N L Y to m ove the lam inator. It is not
designed to be tipped up or sidew ays in any
w ay. Such action disturb s the exact
align m ent of th e rolling parts of th e m achin e
and requires extensive re-alignm ent. Y ou
can b e crushed or seriou sly injured.
GBC Film Group's warranty does not
cover malfunction of the equipment due to
mishandling and / or tipping. GBC Films
Group bears no responsibility for personal
injury or damage due to moving the
laminator improperly.
INFORMATION
Tools required
• # 2 Phillips head screwdriver
• 7/8” open end wrench or adjustable wrench
• Crow bar
• A second person
4.5.1 Uncrate the laminator
a) Remove the top of the crate and then the sides
in the order shown in Figure 4.5.1
CAUTION
Do not allow the top to fall into the crate. It
can damage the laminator.
INFORMATION
Do not put packing screws on the floor.
They can cause problems when trying to roll
the laminator into position or you can
become injured if stepped on.
CAUTION
A second person must support the side
labeled 5 in Figure 4.5.1 It can fall and
damage the laminator or cause harm to you
and others.
