The Solution
The results are inhomo-
geneous.
Ingredients cling to the
inner walls of the jar.
Unplug the appliance and remove the jar. Push down
the ingredients sticking to the inner walls of the jar. The-
reafter, operate in short pulses. Especially frozen ingre-
dients and ice cubes should be processed in short pulses
of 2-5 seconds.
You can not get snow
from ice cubes.
The ice has not been cold
enough and/or starts
thawing already.
For best results, use ice straight from the freezer.
The jar is too warm.
Just before processing, cool down the jar in the refrige-
rator.
You are not using the opti-
mum method.
Try operation in short pulses. The ice starts melting, when
the processing time is too long.
The jar has been wet,
when filling in the ice.
Ensure that the jar is completely dry, before filling in ice.
The lid sticks to the jar.
The lid is still locked to
the jar.
Before removing the lid, always press the opening button
at the handle of the jar.
You cannot unscrew the
sealing screw.
The sealing screw must be
turned on tightly for get-
ting a proper seal.
You should place the jar upside down onto a stable
surface and hold it by the handle for disassembling the
sealing screw. Ensure to turn the sealing screw in the
correct direction (counter-clockwise for unscrewing). If
required, ask a second person for help.

Always keep the appliance out of reach of children
younger than 8 years and animals.
Always unplug the appliance, before remo-
ving the jar or moving or cleaning the appliance.
Do not hold your hands or any
foreign objects into the jar or coupling on the motor base with the appliance
still connected to the power supply.
Always handle the blade assembly with cau-
tion to avoid injuries, as
the blades are very sharp
.
CAUTION
– Do not place the motor base or jar on inclined, slipping, or
uneven surfaces to avoid that the parts fall down or fall over. Do not place any
parts of the appliance on hot surfaces.
DO NOT place the motor base or power
cord into an automatic dishwasher.
