ance and the table or counter clean and dry, and wipe off spilled
liquids immediately. Do not spill or drip any liquids on the motor base
or on the power cord to avoid risk of fire and electric shock. When
liquids are on the motor base or accumulate under the appliance,
immediately unplug the appliance. Then immediately remove the jar
from the motor base and switch off the appliance (rotary switch to
“0”). Thereafter, clean the appliance and let it dry naturally for at least
1 day (see: ‘Care and Cleaning’).
• Do not touch the appliance, power cord, or power plug with wet
hands, when the appliance is connected to the power supply. Do not
touch the appliance, when it is wet or moisture accumulates below
the motor base. Instead, immediately unplug the appliance.

Do not place the motor base in an automatic dishwasher.
MOVING PARTS – RISK OF INJURIES
WARNING
– The VITAL MIXER PLUS is designed for processing food
with sharp blades rotating on high speed. Thus, improper handling
could cause severe injuries and damage.
• Do not insert your hands, hair, clothing, or any foreign objects (e.g.
brushes, cooking utensils) in the jar or coupling on top of the motor
base, with the appliance connected to the power supply. Always
unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, or
moving the appliance. Before operation, always ensure that there are
no foreign objects in the jar. Ensure that the jar will not tilt or wobble.
DO NOT attempt to defeat the safety interlocks. Avoid touching the
blades with your hands. Hold the blade assembly by its base plate.
Do not attempt to sharpen the blades. Do not attempt to disassemble
the blade assembly.
• During operation, the appliance could move around on the working
surface due to vibrations.
Do not leave the appliance operate wit-
hout close supervision.
It is best to hold your hand on top of the jar,
during operation.
