Step 2 – Empty Boilers
a) Remove grey silicon cover on the right
hand lower side of the front panel mar-
ked DESCALE ACCESS.
REMOVE
b) Using a flat-head screwdriver, rotate the
left screw counter-clockwise first, until val-
ve is fully open. Water will begin to flow
into drip tray from underneath.
c) Do the same for the right screw. Steam
will be released from the boiler.
CAUTION HOT STEAM!
d) Close valves when water stops flowing
through both outlets. Empty drip tray and
re-assemble onto unit.
CAUTION HOT WATER!
e) Press 1 cup button, to proceed to next
step.
Step 3 – Begin De-scale
NOTE:
If water tank has not been removed then
replaced or is empty, "Fill Tank" will be
displayed in the LCD.
a) Machine will fill boilers with de-scale
solution and heat to temperature.
b)
20 minute timer will begin. Count-
down timer is finished when LCD leaves
BLANK. (This allows solution to dissolve
scale build up).
Step 4 – Empty De-scale Solution
a) Empty water tank, rinse and fill water
tank with clean water. Replace tank into
machine.
b) Ensure drip tray is empty and installed
into position. Place cloth on right side of
the drip tray to stop steam escaping.
c) Rotate left screw first, counter-clockwise
until fully open. Water will begin to flow
