Switching commands
Use the following commands to switch between channels:
Messages
The KVM switch sends a message if the command is carried out correctly or if the
switching failed.
Command Channel
1! 1
2! 2
3! 3
4! 4
5! 5
6! 6
7! 7
8! 8
<! Switch to previous channel
>! Switch to next channel
ADVICE:
You can query the active channel with the » ?! « command.
NOTE: The serial device carries out the command directly after it is sent.
A message (see below) informs the serial device if the command is carried out cor-
rectly or why the switching failed.
Message Meaning
In [x] All Successful switching to channel [x]
E01 Invalid channel number (out of range)
E06 Channel switching failed
E10 Invalid command
E13 Invalid value (out of range)
