5 PHONEBOOK MEMORY
5.1 Introduction:
The phone book memory of the FX-3850 has a capacity for 30 phone
numbers with name.
• You can program a name with every number, which will appear on the
display when this subscriber calls you (only applicable when you have
the service Caller Identification (caller-ID).
• You can record a name with every number; this name is spoken when
you browse through the memory. This name is also spoken when you
are called by this subscriber (only applicable when you have the ser-
vice Caller Identification (caller-ID)
• You can set this number as SOS-number for every memory; in case of
an emergency, this number will be dialed.
5.2 Add memories:

Enter the phone number and press OK
Enter the name (see paragraph 5.10) and press
the key OK
