0-1-6 A continuous audio connection is established between you and the
care worker; the care worker only has follow-up code # at their dis-
posal:
# - The connection is terminated immediately.
- The emergency state is ended; NO next emergency number is
dialed.
7.6 Important tips:
Emergency numbers:
* In case of an emergency, only the numbers that you have set as emer-
gency numbers will be dialed.
* When no numbers have been programmed in the memory or have been
set as emergency numbers, only the local and loud alarm signal on your
own phone will sound for 30 seconds. When [silent alarm] is enabled,
the FX-3850 will not respond at all).
* The numbers that you have programmed under the direct memory keys
M1 and M2 , are NOT dialed in an emergency situation.
Emergency message:
* The maximum duration of your emergency message is 20 seconds.
Prepare this text on paper first, and record it calmly.
* It is important to include your name and the instruction to accept the
emergency calls by dialing the number 0 in the emergency message.
Only then a handsfree connection can be established between your
phone and the phone of the called person; in case you have enabled
the function [silent alarm], the care worker shall press 0-1-2 or 0-1-6 to
establish an audio connection.
