7.5 Codes:
Depending on the type alarm and the situation, the care worker shall enter
the following codes through the keyboard of the phone (*). It is wise to
inform the concerning care worker(s) about these codes beforehand, and
arrange them with them.
When the silent alarm is off:
0 The care worker shall press key 0, to establish an audio connection
between their phone and yours; now you situation can be discussed
for at most 3 minutes.
If the care worker does not enter any code after this, the connection
is terminated, and the next emergency number is dialed.
However, the care worker can also choose from the following follow-
up codes:
1-2: - The connection is terminated after an audio connection of
3 minutes.
- The emergency state is ended; NO next emergency num-
ber is dialed.
1-2-* - The connection is terminated after an audio connection of
3 minutes.
- The next emergency number is dialed.
*: Pay attention that this shall be a DTMF or tone phone (you hear tones
when you press a number key).
