FCO770 Users Guide Issue 1
UTILITIES MENU
This menu contains many features and functions that are outside the scope of normal
operation, typically for commissioning and diagnostic purposes. When security is locked this
entire menu is locked and you will be prompted for the pass code to enter.
LOAD IMAGES
•
The FCO770’s Default Main run time display will display up to 300 user defined
colour images (1 for each test available). Whenever a test starts, and a test image has
been imported for that test, it is immediately displayed on the Main display area.
Images can serve as useful prompts for operators when some kind of manual
intervention is required between tests (see MAIN OPERATOR DISPLAY –
DEFAULT DISPLAY for an example screen image).
•
To define an image for a test, you must first create your image on a PC. It should have
a resolution of 610 x 228 ideally to fit the 770’s display aspect. The image should be
saved as a JPEG or .TIFF file and in the format Testxxxx.JPG or Testxxxx,TIF
(where xxxx = the test number, i.e. for test 13, the filename might be Test0013.JPG).
•
Copy of any images you have created in the format above to a folder in the root of a
memory stick. On the FCO770, click on the
Select Image Folder
menu button to
bring up an
Import Test Images
dialogue window as below:
Use the
Drive
selection box and/or the
Refresh Drive List
button if the contents of
your memory stick is not showing, then select the root folder containing your custom
test images. Press the Enter button to start importing your images to the FCO770. The
dialogue window will vanish once this action is complete.
