Operation of PWM wave-generating circuit

When the counter is started (PWCn: CE = 1), it starts incrementing from 00

on the rising edge of the

selected count clock. The PWM output waveform is held at H until the counter value matches the value set
in the PWM compare register, and is held at L until the counter value overflows (FF
