6.1 About Performing Daily Checks
and Maintenance
In order to use the FCR XC-1 always in good working order, perform daily checks and maintenance on it.
As for the daily checks, make certain that the FCR XC-1 starts up normally and all equipment that is connected
to the FCR XC-1 can communicate normally with the FCR XC-1. For daily care, clean the cassette set unit and
air intakes and exhaust ports everyday.
Use the “Users Checksheet” when performing daily checks and maintenance. Enter the following items of
information into the “Users Checksheet”:

Checkups : Enter the date checks were performed.
●
S value confirmation : Enter the date the S value was checked.
●
Cassette set unit : Enter the date the cassette set unit was cleaned.
●
Air intakes and exhaust ports : Enter the date the air intakes and exhaust ports were replaced.
