Safety
Follow the safety rules below when carrying out all tasks described in the "Options" chap

Incorrect operation and incorrectly performed work can cause serious injury and
damage to property.

► All functions described in these Operating Instructions may only be used by trained

► All work and functions specified must only be performed and used once these Operat

ing Instructions have been fully read and understood.
► All work and functions specified must only be performed once all of the Operating In

structions for the system components, in particular the safety rules, have been fully
read and understood.
WARNING!
Machines that start automatically can cause serious injury and damage to property.
► In addition to these Operating Instructions, observe the safety rules of the robot man

ufacturer and welding system manufacturer!
► For your personal safety, make sure that all protective measures have been taken in
the robot's operating area and remain in effect while you are in this area.
WARNING!
Danger of serious injuries caused by the robot arm.
► Ensure that no third parties are located in the operating area of the robot while any
work is taking place.
WARNING!
Risk of serious injuries due to mechanically moving parts and escaping com

Before beginning any work:
► Disconnect the torch body change station from the compressed air supply
► Disconnect the torch body change station from the power supply
► Disconnect the "Gas purging 16 bar" option on the wirefeeder from the compressed air
supply
► Ensure that all of these measures remain in place until all work is complete.
