Installing the Torch Body Change Station

Fastening the up

right console TXi

WARNING!

Risk of serious injuries due to mechanically moving parts and escaping com

pressed air.

► Before beginning any work, disconnect the compressed air supply line for the torch

body change station from the compressed air supply.

► Ensure that the compressed air supply line remains depressurized until all work is com

-

pleted.

► Ensure that the compressed air supply line for the wirefeeder remains depressurized

until installation and commissioning are completed.

WARNING!

Toppling or falling devices can be deadly.

► Securely bolt the devices on a level and stable surface.

NOTE!

Depending on the surface (foundation), different mounting materials may be re

-

quired to mount the device.

These mounting materials are not part of the scope of supply for the device. The installer

is responsible for selecting the proper mounting materials.

Ground the upright console TXi TWIN

The ground connection is located on the rear of the device.
