Setting up the robot
General
NOTE!
Before starting automatic mode, set up the robot using the robot programming aid
included in the scope of supply.
Functions of the
robot program -
ming aid
- The notch (1) on the robot programm -
ing aid represents the gas nozzle of the
torch body – the notch (1) points in the
same direction that the gas nozzle
would point if a torch body was locked
in the torch body coupling.
Setting up the ro -
bot
NOTE!
In order to make setting up the robot easier, we recommend setting up a dedicated
coordinate system for the torch neck changeover station in the robot controller.
