Move the robot into the second part of
the robot programming aid, leaving a
gap of approx. 1.5 mm (0.06 in.)
Check the following:

both parts of the robot program-
ming aid must be the same distan-
ce to each other around the entire
perimeter

-

the edges of both parts of the ro-
bot programming aid must lie flush
to each other

Move the robot into the second part of
the robot programming aid until both
parts are on top of each other

-

end position has been reached

Save this position for later use as posi-
tion G in the program sequence

-

Create robot program for this torch
body rack position - as shown in pro-
gram sequence
Carry out steps 1 - 9 for all other torch
body rack positions
Remove the TCP tips from the holder
retainer and store in such a way that
there is no risk of injury
