13.3.2.1
ADDR [3:31] — Address Lines 3-31
The ADDR[3:31] signals specify the physical address of the bus transaction.
The 29 address lines correspond to bits 3-31 of the EBI’s 32-bit internal address bus.
While the EBI (master) supports up to a 29-bit address bus for internal master accesses, only 24 bits
(ADDR[8:31]) are used by the EBI (slave) for external master accesses. The values on ADDR[3:7] are
ignored. Address bits 0-7 are internally driven by the EBI for external master accesses depending on which
internal slave is to be accessed. See
Section 13.5.2.10.1, “Address Decoding for External Accesses
for
more details.

Only the chip-select signals have separate outputs at EBI block level, to support primary vs.
calibration busses. The remaining bus signals are not duplicated at block level, but may be
duplicated outside EBI block if a second external bus is present on that SoC.
