Description:
Adjusts the Input Contrast values.
Parameters:

[C|R|G|B] Common, Red Offset, Green Offset, Blue Offset

- Contrast value, C Range 75 - 125%, RGB Range -25 - 25%

Example:
ICNT C 100.8 A: Adjusts the Common Input Contrast value as 100.8%.
ICNT G 15: Adjusts the Green Contrast Offset to 15% on Scaler A.
