Hinweis:
Sollte aus Gründen der eigenen Bevorratung der
Wunsch bestehen, die Standard N-EUPEX Kup-
plungngsteile 3, 4 oder 7 mit dem Kupplungsteil 1
bzw. 10 der N-EUPEX-DS-Kupplung zu paaren, so
ist dieses technisch realisierbar. Hierbei ist die Aus-
richtung der Kupplung mittels Lineal nicht mehr
möglich, da die unterschiedlichen Außen-
durchmesser (entsprechend der Kupplungsgröße)
dieses nicht erlauben. Eine Ausrichtung hat in
diesem Fall durch eine Tiefenlehre zu erfolgen.
Aus organisatorischen Gründen hat die Bestellung
der Kupplung in Einzelteilen in getrennten Positio-
nen zu erfolgen.

Anmerkung:
Die Größenbestimmung hat für die N-EUPEX-DS-
Kupplung zu erfolgen. Das ermittelte Kupplungs-
Nenndrehmoment ist zur Bestimmung der
N-EUPEX-Größe zu verwenden. Leistungsmäßig
wäre die N-EUPEX-DS-Kupplung 152 ausrei-
chend, die für den Elektromotor notwendige
Bohrung in Teil 1 von 65 H7 erfordert die Gr. 172.
Note:
If for reasons of storing it is desired to combine
standard N-EUPEX coupling parts 3, 4 or 7 with
coupling part 1 or 10 of the N-EUPEX-DS series
this is technically possible. But alignment of the
coupling by means of a straightedge is no longer
possible because of the different outside
diameters (which is the coupling size). In this case
alignment has to be carried out by means of a
depth gauge.
For reasons of organization the coupling parts have
to be ordered as separate items.

Note:
The size has to be selected for the N-EUPEX-DS
coupling. The calculated nominal coupling torque
has to be used for the determination of the
N-EUPEX size. With regard to the power rating the
N-EUPEX-DS coupling size 152 would be
sufficient, but the bore size of 65 H7 in part 1
required for the electric motor requires size 172.
Remarque:
Si pour des raisons de mise en stock, il est souhaité
de grouper les parties 3, 4 ou 7 des accouplements
N-EUPEX standard avec les parties 1 ou 10 des
N-EUPEX-DS, ceci est techniquement réalisable.
Par contre, l’alignement de l’accouplement avec la
règle n’est plus possible à cause des diamètres
extérieurs différents (correspondant à la taille
d’accouplement). L’alignement doit être effectué
avec un pied à coulisse de profondeur.
Pour des raisons d’organisation, il faut rédiger la
commande en mentionnant chaque pièce
détachée avec des positions différentes.

Note:
Il faut d’abord définir la taille du N-EUPEX-DS. Le
couple nominal doit être la base de sélection du
N-EUPEX. En fonction de la puissance donnée, le
N-EUPEX-DS 152 serait suffisant, mais l’alésage
nécessaire pour le moteur électrique de 65 H7
nous conduit à retenir la taille 172.
