Pour in coolant through the cooling water filler cap. The
coolant flows in very slow.

If it is to be recognized that the cooling water level does not sag any longer (with cold cooling water the cooling water
level must cover the sheet metal in the exhaust elbow union), close the de-aerating screws and start the generator.
Run the generator to maximally 60. Switch off generator.

Open the cooling water filler neck again and also the de-
aerating screws at the same time.
Fill in again cooling water.

Repeat this procedure several times.
The generator can be started for 5 minutes, if there is no change. De-aerating must be then repeated two or three
times.
To be sure that the coolant circulates it is very important that the hose pipe away from the genset also gets warm.
After a short time the radiator and the reverse-flow pipe from the radiator to the genset also get warm.
Please wait until the temperatures raise more and check if the fan will activate.
It makes sense to, once again, repeat the de-aerating procedure after a few days, in order to ensure that remaining
air bubbles have been finally removed.
7.6.1 Ventilating the fuel system
Normally, the fuel system is designed to ventilate air itself i.e. as soon as the electric starter motor starts operation
the fuel pump starts working and the fuel system will be de-aerated after some time automatically. It is nevertheless
essential to ventilate the system as follows prior to the first operation (as all hoses are empty):
