Troubleshooting

Invalid print job

The current job cannot be printed as it was sent. See the copier/
printer console for more information.

Load ___ in ___

The copier/printer’s specified tray is not loaded with the paper size 
specified. The Fiery will print when the named tray is loaded with 
the required paper.

No duplex tray

The copier/printer’s duplex tray is not in place. The Fiery will print 
when then duplex tray is in place.

No fuser oil 

The copier/printer does not have any fuser oil. Printing will 
resume when you add fuser oil.

No key

This message appears if your model requires that you use a key.

No key cntr

This message appears if the card required to use the key is missing.

No sorter 

The copier/printer’s sorter is unavailable. See the copier/printer 
console for instructions.

No staple pin

The copier/printer’s stapler is out of pins. The Fiery will resume 
printing when pins have been added.

No stapler

The copier/printer’s stapler is unavailable. For instructions, see the 
copier/printer console.

No toner

The toner for one of the colors has run out. Refer to the copier/
printer display to determine which toner color is empty. If more 
than one toner needs to be added, press and hold the Stop icon on 
the copier/printer for additional information.

No tray 3

The copier/printer’s tray 3 is unavailable. For instructions, see the 
copier/printer console.

Paper jam

There is a paper jam in the copier/printer. Open the doors and 
check the locations indicated on the copier/printer display. The 
Fiery will resume printing when you have cleared the paper jam 
and closed the doors.

Place printed pages 
face down in SB tray

The copier/printer is in the process of manual duplexing. Place the 
printed pages face down in the Manual Feed tray to continue 
printing.
