E-Z Dump Box & Mount Installation
Install the Mount Frame
1. Install the frame uprights (B & C, Figure 36) onto the
main frame of the machine. Make sure the pivot
tube is located as shown in Figure 36. (The pivot
tube will be offset towards the engine.)
2. Slide the uprights (B & C) towards the rear until they
contact the bumper mounting plates. (See Figure
36). Secure with the retaining plate and finger tight-
en the eight 3/8-16 x 1-1/4” bolts and serrated flange
nuts (E).
3. Install the front cross member (A) onto the upright
tubes and install four 3/8-16 x 3” bolts and serrated
flange nuts (E). Make sure the tabs on the end of
the tube are pointing up as shown in Figure 36.
Only finger tighten the hardware.
4. Install the rear cross member (D) as shown in Figure
36 and secure with the remaining 3/8-16 x 3” bolts
and serrated flange nuts (E). Again, only finger tight-
en the hardware.
