Checking the spark plug
Check the spark plug every 10–15 hours of use.
1. The spark plug is accessible from the top of the
engine. (Fig AR)
Remove the spark plug arrestor cover.
2. Using the supplied spark plug spanner / blade
nut wrench / screwdriver combination (36)
remove the spark plug, by turning in an anti-
clockwise direction.
3. Clean and adjust the spark plug gap to 0.6 – 0.7mm.
Replace any damaged or visibly worn plug with a L7RTC spark plug, as
listed in the specifications table.
4. Install the spark plug finger tight in the cylinder head, then tighten it
firmly with the supplied spark plug spanner / blade nut wrench / screw-
driver combination (36) .
Replacement spark plugs can be purchased from your local Lawnmower
or small engine Stores
Servicing
• It is recommended once you first use your product to get it serviced after
15 hours of use.
• From thereafter, service the product every 2 years.
