other side within this line length, check the arrow on bump knob (34)
is aligned with an eyelet hole. Also check if there is a curve in the line. A
straight section of line is always better than a curved section. Remove
the line from the eyelet and retry and change the angle of entry. Slight
pressure on the bump knob (34) may also assist, depending on the curve
on the line.
5. Pull the line through the spool so both lengths
of line extending from each eyelet are the same
length. (Fig AA)
6. Rotate the bump knob (34) in a clockwise
direction; also the direction of the rotation arrow
on the bump knob (34). As the bump knob (34)
is rotated, the line will be evenly be drawn into
the spool and evenly wind the line in place.
Continue to wind the line into the spool until
approx. 100mm of line extends out from the
eyelets. (Fig AB)
NOTE:
Slight downward pressure on the spool will
assist in the rotating action.
7. The spool and line is now ready for use. If the
spool & line assembly (35) was removed from
the lower shaft (15) for this process, ensure it is
correctly fitted as per previous instructions.
