10. Select the port where your printer is connected
and click Next when you are asked "Click the
port you want to use with this printer."

For connections using a centronics interface:
LPT1: ECP Printer Port
•
For connections using a network
The path where your printer is connected.
11. Set the following and click Next.
a) Enter any name as your printer's name.
b) Select either Yes or No when you are asked
"Do you want your Windows-based programs
to use this printer as the default printer?"
TIP
You do not have to change the printer name.
12. Select Yes (recommended) or No when you
are asked "Would you like to print a test
page?", then click Finish.
•
If you selected Yes (recommended):
The printer executes TestPrint after the
installation of the printer driver.
•
If you selected No:
The printer does not execute TestPrint after the
installation of the printer driver.
NOTE
If you want the printer to execute the TestPrint function,
you have to prepare the following on your printer.
•
Turning on your printer
•
Media setting
•
Online setting
13. If TestPrint finishes normally, click Yes when
you are asked "Did the test page print
correctly?"
14. This completes the installation of your printer
driver.
