Section 4 - Setup

Power-Up 

Locate the [Standby] button on the front panel, see below.  After application of 
power to the input line cord, the standby button back light LED will slowly 
strobe red to indicate that the meter is in standby mode and power is applied. 
To turn ON the meter, press the button and release.  The switch color will 
change to blue and the boot up procedure will begin.   
 
To shut the instrument off, press the [Standby] button and release. After a few 
seconds the unit will shut off and the [Standby] button will return to the red 
strobe. 
 

Note:  Allow at least 3 seconds for the instrument to be off before turning it  

back on again to ensure a proper boot up.
