Troubleshooting

Basic Checks

If the matrix switcher is not behaving in the manner described in this guide, perform the
following checks:

Ensure all related devices are plugged in and powered on.

Check for unexpected output mutes.

Ensure the desired input is properly tied to the output.

Ensure the proper signal format is sent from the input to the output.

Check the cabling and make corrections as necessary.

NOTE:
