Recharging by AC Power

The battery pack will automatically recharge when it is in its bay in the com-

puter and the computer is plugged into an AC power supply.

While the battery is recharging, you can still use the computer.

It will take several hours to fully recharge the battery and slightly longer if you

are using the computer while the battery is recharging.

(Please refer to LED Indicators in this chapter for more information on the bat-

tery charge status.)

Proper Handling of the Battery Pack

Do not disassemble the battery pack under any circumstances.

Do not expose the battery to fire or high temperatures, it may explode.

Do not connect the metal terminals (+, -) together.
