Step 4: Installing the Modem Driver
! Click Start.
! Select Run.
! Specify the path to E:\Driver\Modem\Nt40\Setup.exe.
! Run Setup.exe.
! Press Next.
! Select an appropriate Comm Port for the modem and click Next.
! Press Next.
! Select “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list”, and
press Next.
! Click Have Disk.
! Choose Browse and specify the path to E:\Driver\Modem\Nt40. Press
Open.
! Choose OK.
Step 3: Installing the Touchpad Driver
! Click Start.
! Select Settings and Control Panel.
! Double click the Mouse icon.
! Click the General tab.
! Click Change.
! Click Have Disk.
! Choose Browse and specify the path to E:\Driver\Touchpad\Nt40.
Press Open.
! Choose OK.
! Press OK again.
! If a dialog box appears asking if you want to install the driver, click
Yes.
! Click Close to close the Properties window and restart your com-
puter.
For more information on the driver, refer to the Readme file under the directory.
