7.2 Alarm digital input operating mode
Through the control unit, from a menu called “ALARM IN. MODE”, it is also possible to set
the positive or negative mode of the module, which will apply for all the inputs on all the
alarm modules:
•
Positive mode (default) means the input is closed if there is no alarm
•
Negative mode means the input is open if there is no alarm
Please note that, irrespective of the mode selected, the status of the LED assigned to each
input will be congruous with the physical status of the input; so:
•
Closed input - LED on
•
Open input - LED off
The operating mode can be changed by following the procedure shown below:
