With the help of another adult attach the Cross brace (#52) with four Bolts
(#50), eight Washers (#51) and four Nuts (#4) as shown in Figure 12 and
Detail C.
Make sure that drain holes are on the bottom side of the Cross
Brace.
Tighten all hardware at this time including hardware that was attached in
step 18 .
Snug is tight enough.
Note: DO NOT over tighten these bolts.
