the backboard assembly up and have
the fifth person attach Lower Board Arms
to the Rim Support (#21) on backboard
using one bolt (#8), two washers (#3),
two Plastic washers (#5) and one
thin locknut (#4). See Figure 11.

This is a pivot point. Snug is tight enough.

INSIDE
of backboard mounting brackets.

Tighten fasteners but leave
loose enough attach Upper Arm Cross Brace on the
next step

PRODUCT. ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND

AT LEAST FIVE CAPABLE ADULTS.
