BOTTOM ROLLERS and IDLERS

These components are lubricated at the time of manufacture and are termed
“lubricated for life”. No servicing is therefore required. If however an oil leak
is detected on any of these components, an exchange unit should be fitted
before using the machine again.

Removal of the filler plug invalidates the

warranty

It is the responsibility of the operator to check the machine on a daily basis for

any loose bolts, or signs of undue wear.

In the event that any bolts are found to be loose, they should be re-tightened to
the following torque:
