WARRANTY 
 
 

All parts, and components supplied by Trackline (International) Ltd. in 

connection with any products or services, are supplied in accordance with the 
terms set out in the standard terms and conditions of sale. The Company shall 
endeavour to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest 
standards of the industry and carry a 15 month warranty from the date of 
invoice. (or 12 months or 1000 hours from the machine commissioning date) 
whichever be the sooner.  
 
 
 
 

The Company shall in no circumstances be liable for damages of any kind 
whether direct or consequential (including but not limited to loss of profit, 
expenditure incurred, or delay in the execution of any work being carried out 
by or for the customer) arising out of, or in connection with the manufacture, 
or servicing, or failure to perform the servicing or failure to return the 
equipment or any act done in connection therewith, except:- 
Nothing in this clause shall limit the Company’s liability for death or personal 
injury arising out of negligence within the United Kingdom.
