To be able to put SIMCONDAT high, SIMVCC must be high (and correct).

If SIMDAT is missing on R803, it can depend on D600 or a foil damage.
If it is correct, the fault can depend on N700, R904, R807, C808 or V805.

If it is correct, the fault can depend on N700, R806, C807 or V805.

Measure the resistance on J800: 5 against ground (0.0 Ohm).
If the resistance is correct, the fault can be due to D600, N700 or bad soldering at any of the
components mentioned in this chapter.
