On terminals configured for both fax and copy control, press the

 key to access the EDI 

Settings menu. On terminals configured for copy control only, press the

 key. When you 

have selected the appropriate key, the following options display. Press the corresponding 
number key to select an option.

0:Enable EDI
1:Baud Rate
2:Data Bits
3:Stop Bits
4:Parity
5:Start Position
6:End Position
7:Uses Hex Value

Press the 

F3

 key to select 

<BACK>

 and return to the Devices menu screen. 

Enable EDI

Press the

 key to enable or disable the external reader device capabilities of the terminal. 

The following prompt displays on the screen:
