Performing Transactions:

When you have completed scanning documents:
• For eCopy version 7.1–end the transaction at the eCopy Scan Station device.
• For eCopy version 8.01–press
END
on the PageCounter terminal.
• For eCopy ShareScan OP version 2.0–press
END
on the PageCounter terminal.
• For Xerox scan devices–press
END
on the PageCounter terminal.
Performing a Disbursement Transaction
Perform the following to enter a disbursement.

Ensure that the terminal is in Disbursements mode.
a
Press the corresponding function key for MODE .
b Press the corresponding number key for DISB .

Enter appropriate accounting information in each data entry field by performing one of
the following as needed:
• Enter the accounting code. If necessary, press
ENTER
after each field entry.
• Enter accounting data at a field using the Search, Scan, Recall, or Speed Code
options using the function keys.
Note: Edit entered codes by moving back to the previous field using the Up arrow key. Then
use the
BACK
key to edit the code, as needed. Press
ENTER
after editing the code.
When all accounting information has been entered and verified, the terminal displays
the Ready screen.
3 At the terminal, enter disbursement transaction information.

To start another transaction using the same User ID, press the corresponding function
key for
NEXT and enter accounting codes as required.
5 Repeat steps 2 through 4 as needed.

Press
END
when you finish your transaction.
Issuing Credits
You can issue credits to account for problematic transactions such as illegible printouts or
copies. Perform the following to issue a credit.
Note: The terminal does not support issuing credits for scan transactions.
