Downloading Database Files

Downloading Database Files

Complete the following procedure to download the terminal database files for
troubleshooting or at the request of Equitrac Central Support Services.

Access the Web Admin Page. See

Accessing Web Admin

on page 6 - 2 for details.

Ensure that the terminal is idle by reviewing the Web Admin Status page for the

IDLE

message. See

Status

on page 6 - 2 for details.

On the Status page, click the

Kill

link for each of the following processes, in the

following order:

OmgLite.exe
Watchdog.exe
AciesCom.exe

Refresh the Web Admin status page until all processes are stopped. The terminal can
take up to 30 seconds to stop all of the processes.

Using Web Admin, download the following files:

•

eqcontrol.db

(validation tables)

•

eqsystem.db

(transaction data, job codes, and system data)

• any other files requested by Equitrac which may include

bootup.txt

config.txt

users.txt

net.ini

error.log

error1.log
