2.0 Power Supply requirements

2.1 Overview

The

‘ISPnano Series 3 ATE’

programmer requires

two

independent power supplies, one to power

the

‘programmer electronics / Target System’

and the other to power the

‘relay coils’

Please refer to the table below for the details of each supply.
