5.3.4 Main board replacement
When you replace the main board with new one, this repair item should be
selected in the Sequential repair service program.
1) Click the “Main board replacement” in the Sequential repair service
program.
The following menu is displayed.

2) Carry out the “Head voltage ID input “and “Bi-d Adjustment” by following
the displayed procedure.
3) After complete the Head ID input and Bi-d adjustment items, click the “USB
ID input” button. Following screen is displayed.

4) Enter serial number, and click the “OK” button.

5) Follow the message, and replace the I/C and the Waste Ink Pad with
brand-new ones.

6) Click the “Top Menu” button to exit the program.

The current setting is printed at the center of the three Bi-d
adjustment patterns. So, check the center pattern and
select the most aligned pattern number.
