Connecting to Prosonic Flow 90, 93
wall-mount housing

Note!
Fieldcheck can only be used with devices with software version 1.06.xx or higher.

Caution!
Connect the ground terminals on the cables to the uninsulated housing components or to the
ground terminals in the connection compartment.

1.

Remove the cover of the connection compartment (4).

2.

Disconnect the sensor signal cables from the connection plate (5).

3.

Connect the connectors of the Simubox cable with the amplifier sockets and the Fieldcheck
socket on the connection plate (5).

Note!

The SYNC connector of the Simubox cable must be connected to the Fieldcheck socket on the
connection plate.

4.

Connect Fieldcheck to the current and frequency outputs of the transmitter



(terminal pairs 22/23, 24/25 or 26/27).

Note!

The configuration of the outputs depends on the product type and the order version of the
tested transmitter. To find out which terminal pairs are assigned to the outputs, see the
"Wiring" section of the flowmeter Operating Instructions.

5.

Connect Fieldcheck to the service connector (6).

Note!
On the connection plate of the Prosonic Flow 90 wall-mount housing, only the CH1/up and



CH1/down amplifier sockets are assigned. When connecting Fieldcheck, the appropriately labeled
connectors of the Simubox cable are connected to the amplifier sockets and the SYNC connector of
the Simubox cable is plugged into the Fieldcheck socket on the connection plate.
