Calibration
The calibration menu of the MyPro CLM 431 /
CLD 431 is used for temperature and conduc-
tivity calibration. The conductivity calibration,
i.e. the determination of the cell constant, can
be performed with or without automatic tem-
perature compensation. The temperature
coefficient and the uncompensated conducti-
vity of the calibration solutions as a function of
temperature are documented.
The calibration menu can be exited anytime
by pressing the
„F“
key; an error message
(calibration aborted) will be displayed.

Temperature calibration
The measured value determined by the
MyPro is displayed. The value can be edited
directly with „
+
“ and „
–
“ for adjustment to the
correct value. The MyPro automatically deter-
mines the temperature offset (see chapter
4.6.2 „Diagnostic parameter menu“)
Temperature coeff. of calibration solution
If the temperature of the calibration solution
differs from the reference temperature (instru-
ment), you must choose one of the following
alternatives to proceed:
1.)
Calibration with uncompensated
conductivity,
i.e.
α
= 0.
Enter the uncomp. conductivity of the
calibration solution at the current
temperature.
2.)
Calibration with automatic
temperature compensation,
i.e. enter the
α
value of the calibration
solution at the current temperature.
